Board of Regents approve alcohol sales at Haymarket Park

Lincoln, NEB — The Board of Regents approved alcohol sales at Haymarket Park effective immediately on Friday. The motion passed on a 5-2 vote with new Athletic Director Troy Dannen in attendance. The University and its partner at Haymarket Park, Nebco Incorporated, agreed to a deal that will see the school put its share of the revenue (an estimated $150,000-$160,000) toward renovations for the facilities.
