U.S. District Court records say Thomas Rosso, 64, was sentenced Thursday to 15 years in prison on one count of possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of meth mixture and 50 grams or more of meth.

According to an arrest affidavit, officers with the Tri-City Drug Enforcement Team conducted a controlled delivery at Rosso’s Alda residence. Rosso allegedly accepted the package that had 7.94 pounds of meth inside.

A search warrant was later obtained to search Rosso’s residence and officers found an additional 90 grams of meth inside some couch cushions.
