According to court records, Lemburg's sentence will run concurrently with her prison time in a separate Hall County theft case.

The charges stem from her arrest in relation to an attempted robbery incident that occurred on January 16, 2022, which tragically resulted in the death of Jared Shinpaugh, a resident of Lexington.

The alleged perpetrator of the shooting, 25-year-old Romeo Chambers, has yet to be located by authorities.
