Hamilton County, Neb. — A judge says the man accused of killing his stepfather and stabbing two others - will likely be competent to stand trail some day, but not today.
Caleb Arnett - faces six charges - including 1st degree murder.
He's accused of killing Ross Nickolaus and injuring two others - including a kid - last December in Aurora.
A judge - once again found Arnett not competent to stand trial today - but said there is quote - "Substantial probability that the defendant will be restored to competency in the reasonably foreseeable future."
