Jumping, running, climbing: Kittens put on a show at Grand Island Public Kitty Cafe
Saturday's event at the Grand Island Public Library were purrific as a number of kittens bounded around to the delight of children and adults alike.

Several people attend the Kitty Cafe event at the Grand Island Public Library on Saturday, Nov. 18. Youth and Family Services Librarian Laura Fentress said that the idea to host a kitty cafe came from the Gretna Public Library, which held a similar event until COVID-19. "I was so happy when the Central Nebraska Humane Society got on board," said Fentress.
