Downtown Hastings rings in the holidays with the 33rd Annual Celebration of Lights

It's a Hastings tradition now in its 33rd year. The annual Celebration of Lights features horse-drawn carriage rides, food vendors and more, all culminating with the Kool-Aid Man and Santa lighting the lights of downtown. The event is hosted by: the City of Hastings, Business Improvement District and Downtown Center Association.

For 10 years, NTV has been proud to broadcast the celebration. Our 2023 coverage highlighted longtime businesses in downtown Hastings. Including Jacobi Carpet One, Bath Bliss Gifts, Gary Michaels and Murphy's. We also caught up with organizers from The Lark and Salvation Army.
