HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - An upper level low pressure over the Four Corners of the U.S. will continue to lob upper level waves our way, giving us periodic chances for rain and thunderstorms. We will continue with small chances for thunderstorms this evening and overnight, but most locations will likely stay dry. Friday, could bring some hit and miss thunderstorms to the area but the better likelihood of scattered storms will be in the afternoon into the evening.
Highs on Friday will not be as warm but still in the upper 70s to lowers 80s. Scattered chances for storms and similar temperatures will persist into Saturday.
Sunday will generate some showers and thunderstorms over Western Nebraska but the precipitation will struggle to make it as far east as the Tri-Cities. Into next week the pattern stabilizes.
