Man facing child sexual assault, incest charges in Dawson County

LEXINGTON, Neb. — A man facing child sexual assault and incest charges has had his bond set at $1 million.

Timothy Bohlen, 57, is charged in Dawson County Court with first-degree sexual assault of a child and incest.

An arrest affidavit detailing the case has been sealed, but a complaint outlining the charges says they allegedly occurred between January 2019 and May 2022.

On Monday, a judge set Bohlen’s bond at $1 million. He needs to post 10% of that to be released from jail.

Bohlen is scheduled to appear in Dawson County Court for a preliminary hearing at 11 a.m. Feb. 14.
