Osceola man charged with murder and firearm felonies in Clay County Court

Anthony A. Mattison has been charged in Clay County Court for the murder of Jasmine Garnett, which occurred in September of 2022 outside of Harvard, Nebraska. Garnett was found deceased on October 5, 2022.

According to a recent news release from the Attorney Gerneral's Office, Mattison has been charged with one count of First-Degree Murder, one count of Use of a Firearm to Commit a Felony, one count of Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person, and one count of Improper Disposal of Human Skeletal Remains.

Mattison's first court appearance in Clay County Court is scheduled for May 14, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.
